Dear Sirs,

When does a problem become listed as a threat to National Security?

My problem is not a series of isolated incidents, and a rudimentary google search will show that there is a wealth of information concerning the monopoly router/modem that is so easily hacked (thereby cutting communications, for those of us using v.o.i.p.).

Although my mode of communications (phone) is hit-and-miss, this is only one issue of complaint.

When there's only one choice for Internet Communications Providers, and any potential competition is now unlawful under the new laws imposed, this seems to be a critical National Security issue. At very least, other Nations know to take down one or two Internet monopolies affects all of America's Internet communications, for instance.

Having left our only other choice of Internet Providers in our area of Springfield Ohio (Time Warner a.k.a. Spectrum), that was left due to being hacked by those we trust for Internet:

Three agents were recorded, so nobody has to take my word; see the proof of damaging property here:

Illegal blacklisting and other problems caused by the monopolies here:

I then went to ATT which offered slower internet for higher cost.

However, I was primarily concerned about security and not speed since I have a server that only friends and family infrequently visit anyway.

At&T state I cannot use my own modems and force us to take their modem which is incorporated with a router all-in-one.

I've documented rather thoroughly how easily the monopoly modem / router is hacked and even posted videos to show and tell (which can be found on YouTube, Daily Motion, as well as my own server).

Now imagine a Nuclear disaster. Does our missiles and Nuclear Power Plants not run on computer?

What is obviously apparent to me is that when we speak out against any wrong-doing or mis-givings by the Internet Providers, we are simply squelched by the weakest link, our limited Internet Connections availed by those two (basically, nationwide) Providers?

For instance, my Internet line sits spliced from a cut due to the monopoly not placing the line in the designated (Right of Way and/or Eminent Domain) and therefor has remained spliced with tape holding the connection together. The problem is that it's rainy season and now that line is under water offering a sketchy connection at best. Why am I still being lawfully charged the same amount for this? What is the definition of Profiteering?

And in closing, how is it that monopoly control is so unfair? Why is it that although the Public must pay dearly for their Internet, that there is no recompense for the failure to do so?

If we went to the store and bought 4 apples for $1.00 and are only given 2, is this not an Enron-type scam?

If anything contained herein is important, copy it before it's removed entirely from the Internet. It's what they do to manipulate public awareness and opinion.

2023 update:

It's no secret, I'm graced with a browser that automatically converts foreign print into English, and after being denied a renewal to my passport (and other actions that are somewhat nefarious against my person), I sought to escape. I investigated on claiming political asylum and even looked into ex-pat living. Dismally expensive and out of reach for a poor person were the options, but I didn't give up. For years now I have delved into governments and their societies in places such as: Poland, Greece, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Israel, North Korea, Germany, Sweeden, Netherlands, and others.

As it turns out, there is not a better place for someone like me.

To this day I have for years invested hundreds of hours per week into studying the "news" of other nations. Although I may miss some nations in my daily perusal of publications of other countries (and almost none of my own country) has me sadly announcing that we have a lot to be thankful for and that our myopia in times of duress, is not as important as maintaining stability in the Nation and the rest of the world.

Russian news is my number one consumer of time as there are approximately a half-dozen .ru publications that I read with daily interest.

In a nutshell, here's what I can state:

It appears that there is almost never anything good to report in all of Russia *(unless you are counting wars from the perspection of the Russian government.

I can't help but to wonder if the Russian citizens are aware of the mind-altering nuances of blaming the 122 + countries they are upsetting in 2023. And if it couldn't get any worse, I began to include the "news" of the only North Korean newspaper I could find online. What hell would befall me if I were born in either of these places?

Our country has been spared a lot of turmoil and sheilded us from the outside effects to a degree that once angered me because it was accomplished predominantly by pushing drugs and nonsense into our nation's media, but it sure beats a dismal tentative and potentially unstableness that some of the other countries indulge as their goal.

Despite everything we may be focused on as a wrong perpetrated by the State, still the good outweighs the bad once again.

Trapped in the nation with the closest thing to being a Paradise?

As far as I can tell, Russia has been publishing for what may be forever that Wall Street is going to fall, the dollar is going to fall, the world will starve, it's Poland's fault, no wait it's Ukraine's fault, It's Great Britain, no it's the U.S., ahah!!! Something novel and new, we'll direct all to look at "the west".

The fact that we are still afloat is nothing more than a testament to the U.S. Governing forces (for all my almost 60 years on this planet, as a matter of fact).

Thank God.
